यह तीनों बातें एक साथ बहुत कम भर्तियों में मिलती हैं। Delhi Police Housing Corporation Limited यानी DPHCL ने Technical और Non-Technical पदों पर 20 vacancies निकाली हैं। Notification 21 May 2026 को जारी हुई। Last Date है 22 June 2026 शाम 5 बजे।

Eligibility – Post-wise Qualification

• Junior Engineer (Civil): BE/BTech Civil Engineering या Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience।
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Electrical Engineering की Degree या Diploma।
• Junior Engineer (QS&C और Planning): Engineering Degree या Diploma with relevant experience।
• Junior Engineer (Billing & Contract): Engineering background with billing और contract experience।
• Assistant Manager (Admin): Post Graduate degree with relevant administrative experience।
• Account Officer: MBA Finance या M.Com।
• Computer Programmer: MCA या BCA।
• Stenographer: Shorthand और Computer knowledge दोनों जरूरी।
• Junior Assistant और Computer Operator: Graduation। Computer Operator के लिए Computer Diploma जरूरी।

Age Limit: सभी posts के लिए maximum age 53 साल है। Reserved categories को government rules के अनुसार relaxation मिलेगी।यह age limit relatively ज्यादा है। यानी experienced professionals के लिए भी यह opportunity है।

कोई written exam नहीं है। पहले applications shortlist होंगी। फिर shortlisted candidates को Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview के बाद Document Verification होगा। और फिर Final Merit List, Interview में तुम्हारा experience और technical knowledge check होगा। इसलिए अपने field की practical knowledge fresh करो।

11 महीने का Contract – Real Picture

यह permanent job नहीं है। 11 महीने का contract है। 11 महीने क्यों। इसलिए क्योंकि 12 महीने पूरे होने पर कुछ labor laws apply होते हैं। Government contractors अक्सर 11 महीने का contract issue करते हैं,

लेकिन इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि काम अच्छा करने पर आगे नहीं बढ़ेगा। Performance अच्छी रही तो fresh contract मिल सकता है। और honestly देखें तो Delhi में ₹35,000 से ₹40,000 per month government body में काम करना एक अच्छी starting है।

• पहली बात – Application physically पहुँचनी चाहिए:22 June 2026 शाम 5 बजे तक application उनके office में पहुँचनी चाहिए। Email या Online नहीं। Speed Post या Registered Post से भेजो। आज ही भेजो ताकि postal delay से problem न हो।
• दूसरी बात – Experience documents ready रखो:JE posts के लिए experience mandatory है। Experience certificate में joining date, relieving date, designation और work की nature clearly होनी चाहिए। सिर्फ offer letter काम नहीं आएगा।
• तीसरी बात – Self-attested copies:सभी documents की self-attested photocopies attach करो। Original documents interview के समय साथ ले जाओ।
• चौथी बात – Shorthand speed Stenographer के लिए:Stenographer post के लिए Shorthand speed certificate होना जरूरी है। Interview में speed test भी हो सकती है।
• पाँचवीं बात – Computer Operator के लिए typing speed:Computer Operator की post के लिए typing speed और computer diploma जरूरी है। इसकी practice करके जाओ।

• Step 1: Official notification download करो।
• Step 2: Application form download करो।
• Step 3: Form में सभी details सही-सही भरो। कोई field blank मत छोड़ो।
• Step 4: इन documents की self-attested copies attach करो – Aadhaar card, 10th certificate, Educational qualification certificates, Experience certificates, Caste certificate जो applicable हो, Photo, Signature।
• Step 5: सब कुछ एक envelope में रखो। Envelope पर post name clearly लिखो।
• Step 6: Speed Post या Registered Post से निर्धारित address पर भेजो।

Last Date: 22 June 2026 शाम 5 बजे। Postal transit में 3-4 दिन लगते हैं। आज ही भेजो।
