RITES Limited Bharti 2026:अगर आप Civil Engineer हैं और Water Supply, Sewage Treatment या Infrastructure projects में 5 से 10 साल का experience है तो RITES Limited ने आपके लिए एक opportunity निकाली है। RITES यानी Rail India Technical and Economic Services। भारत सरकार का Navratna PSU। Railway Ministry के अंतर्गत। Transport, Infrastructure और related technologies में काम करने वाली multi-disciplinary consultancy company इस बार RITES ने Gujarat के Projects के लिए Civil Engineering के 2 पदों पर Contract basis पर भर्ती निकाली है। Application 25 May से शुरू हो गई है और Last Date 21 June 2026 है।

लेकिन इस भर्ती में कुछ बातें हैं जो ध्यान से पढ़नी जरूरी हैं। नीचे सब है।

दोनों पद Contract basis पर हैं। शुरुआत में 1 साल के लिए। Performance अच्छी हो और project जारी रहे तो extend हो सकता है।

RITES Limited Bharti 2026 एक जरूरी बात जो notification में साफ लिखी है

Panel में शामिल होने का मतलब RITES में permanent job नहीं है। Notification में साफ लिखा है कि offer letter तभी जारी होगा जब project की requirement हो या client द्वारा approval मिले। यह Contract appointment है। इसे permanent job की तरह मत देखो। लेकिन RITES जैसे Navratna PSU में काम करने का experience resume में बहुत value add करता है।

RITES Limited Bharti 2026 Eligibility – कौन Apply कर सकता है?

Manager (Civil) – VC CP/10/26: Civil Engineering में full-time Bachelor’s Degree। Minimum 60% marks (UR/EWS) STP, WTP, Drainage, MPS, WSS, Water Supply, Sewage Treatment Plant, Infrastructure या Building works में minimum 10 साल का post-qualification experience जरूरी है। Maximum age 40 साल।

Engineer (Civil) – VC CP/11/26:Civil Engineering में full-time Bachelor’s Degree। Minimum 60% marks (UR/EWS), STP, WTP, Drainage, WSS, Water Supply, Sewage Treatment Plant, Infrastructure या Building works में minimum 5 साल का experience जरूरी है।Maximum age 40 साल।

Age relaxation: SC/ST को 5 साल, OBC NCL को 3 साल, PwBD को 10 साल की छूट मिलेगी।

Important note: Internship, On the Job Training, Fellowship या PhD research को experience नहीं माना जाएगा।

Salary और Benefits

Manager (Civil): Pay Scale Rs. 50,000 से Rs. 1,60,000।

Engineer (Civil): Pay Scale Rs. 30,000 से Rs. 1,20,000।

इसके अलावा Basic Pay पर DA, 23% का fixed allowance, HRA, PF contribution और Gratuity मिलेगी। Medical facility, Leave, Maternity Leave और Accident/Death Insurance भी available है।

Selection Process

पहला चरण – Written Exam: 125 multiple choice questions। 2.5 घंटे का paper। हर question 1 mark का। Negative marking नहीं है। Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS के लिए 50%, SC/ST/OBC NCL/PwBD के लिए 45%।

दूसरा चरण – Interview:Written exam qualified candidates को 1:6 ratio में interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview में UR/EWS के लिए minimum 60% marks जरूरी हैं।

Final Merit: Written Exam – 60% weightage। Interview – 40% weightage।

Exam Centers: Delhi/Gurugram, Mumbai और Ahmedabad।

Syllabus – क्या पढ़ना होगा

Surveying, Total Station और GPS, Soil Mechanics और Foundation Engineering, Structural Analysis और Design, Highway और Railway Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydraulics और Fluid Mechanics, Estimation और Costing साथ में General Awareness से भी questions आते हैं।

RITES Limited Bharti 2026 वो problems जो candidates face करते हैं?

Problem 1 – Experience certificate में incomplete details:Document verification में सबसे ज्यादा rejection इसी वजह से होती है। Experience certificate में joining date, relieving date, designation और काम की nature clearly होनी चाहिए। सिर्फ offer letter experience proof नहीं माना जाएगा।

Problem 2 – Degree में percentage नहीं लिखी:अगर degree में percentage नहीं है और CGPA है तो university का conversion certificate लाना होगा। इस मामले में 10-point scale पर 6.0 को 60% माना जाएगा।

Problem 3 – Contract job को permanent समझना:यह Contract appointment है। 1 साल की। Project खत्म हुआ या client ने cancel किया तो contract extend नहीं होगा।

Problem 4 – OBC certificate की validity:OBC NCL certificate application की last date यानी 21 June 2026 से 1 साल से ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए।

• Step 2:Career section में CP/10/26 या CP/11/26 notification ढूंढो।
• Step 3:Online registration form में सभी details carefully भरो।
• Step 4:ये documents upload करो – 10th certificate, सभी educational marksheets, Degree certificates, Experience proof एक PDF में chronological order में, Category certificate, Aadhaar, PAN, Photo और Signature।
